We ship fast and reliably. Here’s everything you need to know about shipping times, costs, methods, and restrictions.


1. Where We Ship

We currently ship to:

We do NOT ship to: PO Boxes in some regions, sanctioned countries, or freight forwarders.


2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–4 weeks approx (could be done in 1- 2 week).
  • Custom/personalized items: Add 3–7 extra business days.
  • Processing begins after payment clears and order is confirmed.

We provide Free Shipping to USA and UK through Delivery with DHL, FEDEX, UPS express shipping

4. Shipping Costs

  • Import Duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are buyer’s responsibility.
  • Calculated at checkout based on:
    • Weight
    • Dimensions
    • Destination
  • Free shipping on orders over [ $200] (USA and UK only).

5. Order Tracking

  • You’ll receive a tracking number via email or chat once your order ships.
  • You can Track your package with the Tracking number

6. Address Accuracy

  • You are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
  • Re-shipping due to incorrect address: $[150] + actual shipping cost.
  • Undeliverable packages (refused, unclaimed): Refund minus shipping fees.

7. Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • Contact us if your order is:
    • Not received withing 1 to 2 days after tracking says “delivered”
    • Delayed beyond estimate
  • We’ll file a claim with the carrier.
  • Resolution: Replacement or refund (at our discretion).

8. International Shipping Notes

  • Customs & import taxes: Paid by customer upon delivery. We are not responsible.
  • Delivery delays: Common in customs (we cannot expedite).
  • Prohibited items: Check your country’s import rules.
